Kosta glasbruk
Kosta is one of our best-known glassworks – and also Sweden’s oldest. Since its founding in 1742, many beautiful glass articles – both art glass and everyday glassware – have been produced in the blowing room amid the Småland forest.
Målerås Glasbruk
Mats Jonasson Målerås is Sweden’s largest privately owned glassworks. Today it primarily produces art glass and decorative glass, which mainly is cut, painted and engraved.
MickeJohans Konstglas
Micke Johansson is the master glassblower who built his own glasswork at home on his farm outside Örsjö. Micke became a master in the early age of 24.
Nybro Glasbruk
At Nybro Glassworks the focus is largely on painted glass. Naturally all products are hand-painted. The latest collection has a beautiful retro design on bowls, vases and candle lanterns in various colours.
Pukeberg Glasbruk
Pukeberg is one of Sweden’s oldest and most well-preserved glassworks. Glass of various types – from everyday glass, lamp glass and petrol pump glass to beautiful art glass – has been made here since 1871.
Skruf Glasbruk
Timeless and stylistically pure glass is characteristic of Skruf’s Glassworks. All glass here is made by hand down to the most minute detail. Tradition and fresh ideas are combined with high quality and a high level of artistic content.
Transjö Hytta
Transjö Hytta, which is the smallest blowing room in the Kingdom of Crystal, is in an idyllic location right next to Lyckeby river. The atmosphere at Transjö is delightful and the surroundings beautiful.
Erikshyttan
Erikshyttan was established in 1991 in Eriksmåla, one of many small villages in the Kingdom of Crystal. In the first years they only made purely functional glass. Since then they have extended the use of size, colours, various techniques and forms, resulting in a more artistic and sculptural production.
Carlos R. Pebaqué Design
Carlos’ glass can be found throughout the world, and in 2014 he celebrates his 30th anniversary at Gullaskruv. During his years as a glass designer, Carlos R Pebaqué has worked with many different techniques, and after a lot of training he developed his own technique for art glass: the Cara technique.
Hauges Hantverksglas
The glassworks takes an environmental approach and works primarily on remodelling non-returnable bottles, turning them into utility glassware. Visitors are welcome to the glassworks to watch production and see the exhibition. There is also a large range of first quality and seconds for sale, a gallery with exhibitions by different artists and some cultural events. Don't miss the chance of a course in remodelling glass!
